Refund Policy

At UKD Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality IT services and training. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we offer refunds.
1. Service Projects
For IT services (web development, software projects), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has already commenced, the refund amount will be calculated based on the progress of the project and the resources utilized.
2. Training Programs
Refund requests for our academy courses must be submitted within 7 days of the course commencement. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Admission fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Products
For digital products or software licenses, refunds are only issued if the product is proven to be defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of reporting.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@ukdsolutions.com with your order details and reason for the request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered or for training programs that have been completed by the student.
